I am a Senior Partner (Director) at McKinsey and co-lead our Software Practice. I co-lead an initiative within McKinsey to take the best of everything we've learned from working with leading software companies to help the many non-tech companies that are trying to build software businesses or learn to act like them. My areas of expertise include: enterprise software, information services, product development, high tech sales and marketing. My experience ranges across a variety of areas including: new business building, strategy and innovation, mergers and acquisitions, product strategy, and software product development.
